My name is Pascale Roura (I use the pronouns she/her) and I am a yoga instructor for children aged 2/3 to 12 years old.

My life experiences have made me an open-minded, passionate and empathic person. Thanks to my travels (South America, Europe and Africa), I have seen different perspectives; giving me a worldly understanding through interactions with many wonderful people.

I lived and worked in French Guiana, France and the United Kingdom.

After achieving a Master's in Human Resources and Management and working in that field for a while; I decided to retrain in the education field (as a special educational needs teaching assistant) as well as holistic therapies (yoga, reiki and tacpac) after becoming a Mother. I believe that holistic therapy alongside education is essential for children's growth and balance.

- Gateway Workshops in 2018 for Meditation Tuition.   
- Tacpac in 2022  (a sensory communication tool). 
-  Safeguarding Children Level 3 in 2023.
