My name is Pascale Roura and I am a Yoga Instructor for children aged 2/3 to 12 years old. I am a Mother: my wonderful son is 12 years old.
I have been working with young children and adolescents in various settings (primary and secondary schools as well as special needs schools). In addition, I have supported pupils who have additional needs (autism and ADHD, but also anxiety, stress and traumas) in the classroom and outside of the classroom (tutoring to empower students back into school environments).
I believe in holistic thinking and holistic therapies for children, alongside their education is essential for their growth, balance and inner joy.
My yoga sessions have been described by parents as "calming and fun with a touch of magic"!
