Hi, I’m Pascale Roura.

I am a children’s yoga instructor, a holistic educator, and a mother to a wonderful 13-year-old son. My journey is rooted in a simple belief: for children to grow, find balance, and experience true inner joy, education must go hand-in-hand with holistic care.

Since 2021, I have been on a mission to empower neurodiverse children and young people through tailored, transformative, and restorative tutoring sessions. Every child's mind works differently, and I love finding the unique key that helps them thrive.

Throughout my career, I have supported pupils across a wide range of settings, including those with autism, ADHD, and PDA. I also work closely with children and adolescents who have experienced anxiety, stress, trauma, and displacement.

Whether I am adapting a learning plan or guiding a yoga practice, my goal is to create a space where every child feels safe, seen, and valued.

Parents often describe my yoga sessions as "calming and fun with a touch of magic!"

When we support the whole child—mind, body, and spirit—we give them the tools to navigate the world with great confidence. I would love to welcome your child into my next session.
