When you activate gratitude and practice it in your life, you will notice that there is more and more to be grateful for, every single moment. Gratitude is meant to be shared, so take the time to say thank you around you. When we feel connection, love, compassion and acceptance with others and within us, it automatically raises our vibration.
I love the following ideas and I have put them into practice:
A gratitude wall - at home and at work. It can definitely boost your mood and energy level.
A gratitude jar - filled with positive messages of hope, gratitude and good things that have happened to you this year. At the end of the year, you can look back and notice how much you have been blessed.
Gratitude post-it/sticky notes - I have them in my bathroom cabinet, so when I open it every morning, I can see uplifting messages.
As we approach the end of the year, now is the time to acknowledge all your milestones. What and who are you grateful for in your life?
